How to become a member
- NFOTA welcomes members at whatever financial level is personally comfortable.
- Choose the level that is right for you.
- If you would like to be a member but cannot afford the fee, please contact us, as there are many ways to become involved.
We have three levels of annual membership.(April 1 to March 31)
- $30 General level for individuals
- $75 Growth level for individuals who would like to offer extra
- $250+ Visionaries, organizations or small businesses
Why is the Membership Annual when the festivals are held biennially?
Although NFOTA is presented every two years, Work on the new festival begins about 18 months before the event. Sponsorship funding and grants are usually not received until well in to the planning process, so membership dues provide seed money for things like venue deposits.
NFOTA has to pay maintenance costs for expenses like the website and insurance every year, not just the festival year.
