If you’ve been reading our blog posts and watching our videos, you might have noticed a common thread running through them: you don’t have to travel outside of Northumberland to enjoy first-class arts and entertainment.

There’re all here, close to home. You’ll find great theatre, music, dance, art, sculpture, literature, poetry, story telling … every creative art you can imagine.

And for 10 days in September, NFOTA is bringing them all together in one grand collaborative showcase.

At the 2024 Northumberland Festival of the Arts, you’ll have more than 25 events to choose from. From the opening reception and the Together We Can II concert on September 13 to the Star Catchers Showcase dance performance and Latin concert Yo y My Shadow on September 22, the days are filled with live theatre, art demonstrations, gallery hops, music concerts, book launches, workshops and more.
