“Those who make art, they’re just brave enough to share their humanity…You can connect to that humanity and realize how you are part of something bigger than yourself.”
Fabian Arciniegas
Musician, singer and voice coach Fabian Arciniegas speaks to NFOTA’s Donna Wootton about singing opera, his fun experiences with local musical theatre, the need for more diversity and communication among artists in Northumberland County, and Cobourg as “the perfect place to raise kids.”
In this series we feature interviews and discussions with Individual Artists, Leaders of Arts Groups and Organizations, Civic Leaders, and other Arts Lovers in our county.
Northumberland Festival of the Arts will take place across Northumberland County from September 16 – October 2, 2022.
“Art for me is human expression.”–Fabian Arciniegas
“This [the festival of arts] would be a great opportunity to show all the people that are new to the area that there’s this vibrant artists’ community.”
